My Story
Apostle Dawn Nichol-Manning has a solid background in the ministry of teaching both in the church and public school system. She enjoys working with people of all ages and races. She has served in ministry in various ways since the age of fifteen. Ordained as an Evangelist in 1997 and Reverend in 2001 through Deliverance Evangelistic Center, Inc. she has continued to assist the community by offering services in childcare, guidance, and support systems. She was installed as the Senior Pastor of Deliverance Evangelistic Temple of Newark, New Jersey by her late father and Overseer, Apostle Ralph G. Shammah Nichol in 2013.
She is a Professional Master Educator within the Public School System. She presently serves as the full-time release President of the East Orange Education Association of East Orange, NJ. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma), Master of Education (University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma), and Doctor of Divinity (Abundant Life Bible College and Theological Seminary, Stuart, Florida) degrees. She has completed doctoral courses in education and holds Ed.S (Specialist of Education Degree) (Grand Canyon University). She is the CEO and founder of “Educators at Large” Educational Consulting Firm, LLC. of Westfield, NJ. She serves as the President of Manning Enterprise Security Services of Newark, NJ. She also is a member of the National Association of University Women North Jersey Branch. She is also the best-selling author of the book “Today, Tomorrow, Triumphant: The Tales of Two Winning Women'', which has been used for book club discussions and workshops that cover issues on mental illness and abuse.
She has organized, spoken for, and coordinated women’s conferences, life-skill workshops, educational work-shops, professional development conferences, children’s summer enrichment camps, retreats, and mentorship pro-grams. She has the unique quality of motivating and encouraging people to reach their optimal potential.
Apostle Dawn Nichol-Manning’s husband Bishop Dennis Manning is her co-laborer and partner in ministry and business. They find joy in feeding the homeless and doing community food drives. They had first launched out from the historic ministry site, The Temple at 621 Clinton Ave., Newark, NJ along with the pillar members of Love of Jesus Deliverance, and since July 2023, have relocated to Union, NJ where the ministry continues from a new church home. She continues to hold up the blood-stained banner of Jesus Christ as He leads. Her desire is to please God and continue to serve in His kingdom when and where needed.
Bishop Dennis
Bishop Dennis Manning was ordained as a minister in 2004 and later became an Elder and Chief Adjutant at House of Judah. He married Apostle Dawn Nichol-Manning in 2016, and together they serve as co-pastors at Love of Jesus Deliverance Evangelistic Center Community Church in Newark, NJ, where he was ordained as a Bishop in 2019.

My Story
Bishop Dennis Manning received his Associate degree in 2003 from the School of the Apostles, Newark, NJ under the leadership of the late Apostle Leonard. In 2004 he was ordained as a minister by the late Bishop Jack H. Williams of Bethel Holiness Church, Elizabeth, NJ where he became a tenured minister. In 2010 he was called to assist at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Orange, NJ ministering the gospel under the leadership of Reverend McLachlan. He helped build the ministry House of Judah up under Bishop Andrew Potts Sr., from 2012 to 2014; there he was ordained as an Elder and Chief Adjutant. Bishop Dennis Manning married his wife, Apostle Dawn Nichol-Manning in 2016 and was designated as co-pastor along her side at Love of Jesus Deliverance Evangelistic Center Community Church, Newark, NJ; she later ordained and affirmed him in 2019 as a Bishop in the Lord’s house. Bishop Dennis Manning also holds pastoral licensing along with his wife under their spiritual covering of Bishop Barbara Glanton of Love of Jesus Newark, Newark, NJ.
